What is Ashwaganda?

Ashwagandha, also known as Withania Somnifera and sometimes known as Indian ginseng, is an adaptogenic botanical native to India. Our Ashwaganda formula has been designed to help to support relaxation and contributes to emotional balance and physical and mental wellbeing.
